We had an amazing time at this luxurious hotel. The location is perfect, right by a beautiful sandy beach where we enjoyed various activities like snorkelling and windsurfing. The hotel also had a private beach area, complete with sun loungers and beach umbrellas, where we could relax and soak up the sun. The staff here were exceptional, providing top-notch service from the moment we arrived. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We also loved the variety of amenities available, such as the spa and wellness centre, sauna, swimming pool, and jacuzzi.

We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The relaxing ambience, the friendliness of all the staff and the cleanliness of the rooms, common areas and beach were first class. Food was excellent and plentiful - you could stuff yourself stupid! The waiters were friendly and attentive without being overbearing. The Angels Animation team were fantastic, friendly and fun. Kite surfing, wind surfing, diving and snorkelling all available if you want it - and for non-swimmers, you can walk out into the Red Sea for about 200m and still only be waist deep where you can see a variety of fish and sealife. Good gym and spa facilities also available. Oh, and you have to do the camel ride on the beach on Mickey Mouse!

Would have liked some games (cards, ludo, scrabble etc) to be available for guest use in the coffee shop/bar/lounge area - even if these had to be asked for from Reception with a small deposit for their return.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, with views of the pool and sea. The hotel offers great facilities and activities, including kite surfing, wind surfing, diving, and snorkelling. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the food was excellent with plenty of options. The beach was clean and safe, with the water being shallow enough for non-swimmers.

What a romantic escape! The food was a delight, with plenty of options to choose from, and the beach was just steps away from our room. We loved being able to relax together in the warm sun and gentle waves. Plus, the location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area. We even found a charming little town just a short distance away.

There were a few downsides to our stay. We found some of the staff to be less than helpful, and the room could have been cleaner upon arrival.

Big rooms with great balconies and clean surroundings. the staff was helpful and always with a smile. the variety of food in the buffet and the local drinks were two enjoyed facts.

The high number of guests in the hotel made it feel incredibly crowded and not a tranquil vacation place. the dirty brown water in the jacuzzi was not appealing.

We had a relaxing holiday at a beautiful location with a pristine beach and amazing snorkeling. The animation team was entertaining and the reception staff helpful. The room was spacious and cleaning was done regularly. The breakfast selection was generous.

The food quality could improve.

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, great location for water sports, excellent food, clean and spacious rooms, fun animation team.
